How to Book

1st: Pay your deposit! Paying your deposit will make sure that your chosen session time gets held for you. If the deposit isn't paid within 24 hours of booking your first session it could be subject to cancellation!

2nd: Fill out and sign your contract! This will ensure that you know the ins and outs of your training and exactly what you're paying for. Once that step is completed just email it over to us ( ) with your name on the subject line or you can print it out and give it to us during our first session.

3rd: The final and most important step! Click " Schedule your Session" on the menu bar of our website, pick your package of choice, and chose a time and day that works best for you, no back and fourth!
